Why We Exist
Our church is not just a building it’s a people called to reveal the heart of God on earth. We believe that the Christian life is beyond a tradition or religion; it is a transformative journey led by the Spirit of God. At the core of this journey lies a divine mandate: to make Jesus known and to raise up believers who can demonstrate his power and love with humility.
The Goal
Our Mission
The Lord Jesus, before departing from the earth, gave His disciples a clear command: to spread the gospel and make disciples of all nations.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”

This is the heartbeat of our mission: to raise a generation of true disciples of Jesus Christ, who will manifest His Kingdom practically. But such an assignment puts us on the spot, because while preaching to others, we’re not spared from the trials of this world
— nevertheless, we are not hopeless, but rather empowered to walk in faith, knowing that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.
Discipleship Beyond Religion
Many believers today struggle to find a meaning to their faith journey. Some abandon, while others live a lukewarm Christianity. Why? Because they see christian discipleship just as rules and routines, rather than a loving bond between Christ and those who follow him.
So It’s paramount to understand that true christianity only starts when we allow the Life of Christ to be at work inside of us. And genuine discipleship is not about appearance, but about an internal and external expression of the nature of Christ. It’s a way of living, talking and relating with others everyday so they can see Christ through us (John 13:35, Acts 11:26).
The Kingdom Message
Jesus began His earthly ministry with a clear and urgent message:
“Repent, for the Kingdom of God is at hand.”
— Matthew 4:17
Repentance is the entry point to the Kingdom that Christ proclaimed. To achieve that, you need to acknowledge your sins and turn away from them, by confessing with your mouth and believing in your heart the work of Jesus unto salvation.
Jesus is the only way, the life and truth for anyone who wants to receive the forgiveness of their sins and a free entry into heaven, and his kingdom to soon be established on earth forever. This is what we preach and what we believe in.
Join the Move of God
Jesus’ arms are wide opened, and as we proclaim the gospel, we are witnessing lives transformed: captives being set free, the brokenhearted healed, and the oppressed delivered. God is doing something powerful in our time—and He’s doing it now.

Meet Our Lead Pastor
Pastor Ruth Shepherd is the Lead Pastor of Christ Savior of Nations (CSN) Ministry in Edmonton, Alberta. She received her calling over a decade ago and spent years serving in various ministries across Canada. In December 2023, she was fully consecrated as Pastor.
Born and raised by missionary parents, Ruth grew up in church. But she often shares that she had dreams and later found out that God had other dreams for her. She chose to find fulfillment in a life of total surrender to the Lord Jesus. Her journey is also made of roses and thorns, yet the unconditional love of God is fueling her passion to serve his people with zeal and fire.
One of her divine mandate is to raise an army to Christ for the end times—a generation that will boldly walk in truth, love, and the power of the Holy Spirit. She believes this is the season where God is ready to reveal Himself like never before, and we will see deliverances, signs, wonders, and restorations in great numbers !
